This summer I am doing clinical rotation in small animal medicine and horse medicine. It is alway smart to investigate a common differential diagnosis before jumping to an noobviousness diagnosis. Common diagnosis is more common than uncommon. Cleo is also with me  to school. She however think does not like going to the doctor.
